About Us
Alison Noble
Alison is an enthusiastic and committed management development consultant, and has worked in this field with a range of public and private sector companies in the UK and abroad for more than 15 years. For the last 3 years she has managed her own successful training consultancy, Noble Training Associates.
She specialises in designing and delivering development courses and programmes for clients that help raise the capability of their workforce in line with their business needs.
Besides this, her other passion in life is her four horses, whom she has owned and competed for over 5 years. Having trained with Australian natural horsemen, Alison saw some real links between her work with her clients and her work with her horses.
Success with horses depends largely on your leadership ability, communication skills and timing, a real correlation to what clients are asking for help developing in their people.
Alison, through first hand experience, believes that horses can provide humans with an honest assessment of performance in these areas, and this in turn has led to the launch of Evolutionary Training.

Lottie
Lottie is a 13 year old, grey roan, coloured cob mare, with lots of attitude and a personality all of her own.
I bought her over 5 years ago as my first horse, and she opened my eyes to how much I had to learn about horses.
She was extremely dominant from day 1, and would be known in horse terms as an Alpha mare, the dominant female. These horses look for a lot in a person who wants to take up the leadership position and will constantly challenge your position in all sorts of entertaining ways!
This led to my study of natural horsemanship (horse-whispering), and to discovering how horses use body language as their main means of communication. Using this type of approach with Lottie has worked better than I could have hoped and we’ve had lots of fun together hacking around Houston and going to shows together.
She is a lovely mare, and her lively personality and opinions are great fun to watch. She has hundreds of different facial expressions and uses them at every opportunity, much to the delight of the kids at the yard where she lives.
Ruaridh
Ruaridh is a dark bay, 18year old, Shire / Thoroughbred X gelding. He is a real gentleman, with lovely stable manners. We bought him as a 13year old, and my husband rides him.
His favourite things are galloping on the beach, or paddling in the water (although this usually means that someone ends up drenched). My husband’s had fun with him doing a bit of everything, schooling, dressage and jumping.
Ru is very sensible most of the time, but is terrified of Vets, blue polly bags and tarpaulins.
He looks big when you first see him, but he’s a gentle giant, and in a school you can put a toddler on his back and he knows to look after them.
After he’s been ridden, he likes to have his face rubbed and will follow you around until you do this for him.
