What We Do

Evolutionary Training uses the concept of Equine Assisted Learning to help managers and individuals develop some of the skills they need to be successful in work and in life.

For example: 

• Leadership
• Communication
• Assertiveness
• Personal Impact

Horses can provide open and honest feedback on these important skills. They are completely unbiaised about who you are, your position in the company or status in life and will react and respond only to what they perceive from you. It’s a unique opportunity to find out how effective you really are.

Horses survive in the wild by choosing “good” leaders for their herd, and the herd hierarchy is established and maintained largely by non verbal communication. They are therefore an expert feedback mechanism for this type of behavioural development.

The learning process is safe, and there’s no horse riding involved or experience with horses necessary.
